Programme of action on TVET to guide and support member states’ efforts in developing skills through TVET.

The Strategic Frameworks and Programme of Action represent the first concerted effort by SADC to develop and implement a regional response on TVET in line with its regional integration mandate. standards and promote ownership in implementing the SADC Common Agenda at regional and national levels.
